Mindfulness + respiratory + “tantric” workouts = oooh my goodness

(*Disclaimer*: Sure I do know, it isn’t “true tantra”, as a result of it isn’t “non secular” sufficient. I do not care. It’s my apply. Allow us to examine notes.)

The deeper I’m going with every day meditation, the extra disciplined I turn out to be, the extra bliss I really feel, the much less distracted and aggravated and indignant I get.

It is probably the most elementary transformative expertise in my entire life.

Additionally, no “kundalini syndrome”. Not believing in that b.s. could be useful, methinks.
